1. How to place an order?

To place an order, follow these steps:

Select the product you want to buy and add it to your cart.

Go to your cart and review your items.

Click “Checkout” and fill in your shipping and payment information.

Confirm your order and you will receive an email confirming your order.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item and you can cancel your order for most items within 24 hours of placing your order.

3. How long does it take to ship?

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.

4. How do I track my order?

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the delivery status of your order

5. What is the return period?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the product to us.

The product must be in its original packaging and must not be damaged or show signs of use. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or damaged.
